Sea Port of St. Petersburg expands its load space

A multipurpose open storage yard of 3,000 square meters was put into service by Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC.

The region pavement can hold up to 10 tonnes per square meter, allowing most general types of cargo to be put and large batches to be accumulated.

Train and road approaches to the yard extend the company's possibilities for port logistics optimization.

Saint-Petersburg Sea Port JSC is the main operator in the Major Port of St. Petersburg, offering facilities for the handling of all forms of dry freight. It operates new, specialized multi-purpose terminals for the handling of general and bulk cargo and specialized ro-ro cargo and container terminals.
