Panama Maritime Authority emphasizes its support for the rights of seafarers
Following recent steps taken by the Panama Maritime Authority to enable seafarers to operate on board Panama flagged ships for up to 17 consecutive months.
The AMP released a new follow-up letter outlining its support for the right of seafarers during the pandemic.
