MENGİ YAY YACHTS is honored to announce the successful launch of Virtus 47 Hull #1 yesterday in Tuzla /İSTANBUL. Virtus Hull #1 is 47.8 meters steel/aluminum constructed motor yacht. The yacht has been moved to Pendik Marintürk Marina where the final outfitting will be executed.

Other #2 hulls of Virtus 47 Line are currently under construction. NB102 will launch in the following months and NB100 next year. Virtus Line offers full customization for interior and general arrangement and semi-customization options for exterior design. In the comparison table below, differences are indicated.

The launch has a special meaning to the shipyard and the owner that the project is the longest project has been built at MENGİ YAY YACHTS Shipyard and the first one of Virtus 47 line. All the personnel contributing to this project is very proud to be a witness of a such a success for the shipyard.

NB101 will go through major interior and hardware installation work until the delivery date. During which her finishings will also be completed. As can be seen from the released images, NB101 will have its loose furniture installed upon delivery to ensure the quality. NB101 is currently in its 21st month until the keel laid date. 

Compared to NB100

MENGİ YAY YACHTS has decided to continue with the production of Virtus line after the delivery of Virtus 44 meters in 2020. Currently two more Virtus 47-line motor yacht are under construction at the shipyard. Virtus 47 Hull#1 is semi displacement motor yacht under 500 GT, RINA Classification C+Hull o Mach Ych, Unrestricted Navigation, DMS Compliance to REG Yacht Code Part A.

The exterior design is performed by VYD Studio while the interior design by Leonardo Santi design. The yacht is offering to the owner a huge living area with very large main saloon and openable balconies on each side. Master cabin offers a refreshing balcony on the starboard side of the master cabin. 

NB101 project features a balcony on the starboard side to offer more spacious and outdoor living experience for the owner. This specific feature comes with the basic Virtus 47 but can be downgraded upon client’s request.
