Pakistan Navy launched fast attack craft from Karachi Shipyard

Pakistan's state-owned Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works (KSEW) launched the fourth Azmat-class fast attack craft on order for the Pakistan Navy.

The vessel entered the water in a ceremony held at Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works' facilities in Karachi that was also attended by Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Defence Production Mohtarma Zobaida Jalal.

Minister for Defence Production of Pakistan, Zubaida Jalal was the chief guest on the occasion. Zubaida Jalal stated that her ministry is striving for establishment of new shipyards for economic development of the country.

The ship is missile craft which will be equipped with multi mission and latest anti-ship missile and sensors.
