On Jan. 15, 2023, the 684-guest Insignia, which will run the itinerary, will depart San Francisco and call 96 destinations across four continents in 33 countries.

The itinerary offers access to more than 60 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the cruise line announced that guests sailing the complete world voyage will have the opportunity to participate in five shore-side activities included.

The activities include an Argentinian cultural show in Buenos Aires, an afternoon at a winery in Cape Town, an evening at the Al Maha Desert Dune outside Dubai in the Arabian Desert, a Burmese monk donation ceremony in Myanmar, and a candlelit evening at the Vung Duc Cave outside Hanoi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

"We now know how irreplaceable these experiences are and cherish the privilege of travel more than ever. Travel connects us through shared experiences, creates lifelong bonds, and enriches us in ways we never would have imagined. That was the mindset that guided us in crafting this epic around the world voyage for our guests," said President and Chief Executive Officer of Oceania Cruises, Bob Binder.

The option of 64 free shore excursions, or a free beverage package, or a free $6,400 shipboard credit will be given to all guests on the Around the World 180 Days cruise. Guests can also receive the Exclusive Prestige Package from Oceania Cruises, which includes unlimited internet, medical treatment on board, pre-cruise hotel stay, and more.
