“Haven is currently located at Semco Hanøytangen. Prior to being mobilized to Denmark the vessel will reinstate the old foundations. As a result of this modification, Haven will become more generic and be able to cater for the most dominant soil conditions at fields in the North Sea,” Jacktel said.

The vessel will be deployed to the Tyra area off the coast of Denmark in the third quarter for a duration of 20 months. The deal is valued at around $35 million and includes additional options.

Haven has been out of commission after a contract with Equinor at Johan Sverdrup expired in 2019.
