Malta-flagged cruise ship has collided with Panama-flagged general cargo vessel in Tulcea waters, Romania

Passenger ship named Prinzessin Isabella collided with cargo vessel named Blue Star I in Danube. Panama-flagged cargo ship was proceeding upstream en route to Galati when the incident occurred. According to reports two passengers were injured. It has been reported that cruise ship berthed at Tulcea, cargo ship was brought to anchor upstream.
