Princess Cruises extends its pause in operations for Australia

Princess Cruises extends its pause until May 31, 2021 in operations for cruises departing from Australia and New Zealand, citing the confusion as to when international travel restrictions might be lifted.

Guests will receive a refundable Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equal to 100% of the fare paid for the cruise, plus an additional non-refundable FCC bonus equal to 25% of the fare paid for the cruise.

No action is taken by the guest or their travel advisor, the company announced, to obtain the above FCCs.

Alternatively, by using this online form, guests can forfeit the FCC bonus deal and request a refund on all cash spent on their reservation.

Guests have until 30 November 2020 to select a refund or they will automatically receive the above-mentioned default bid. On bookings for canceled cruises that have been paid in full, Princess will protect travel advisor commissions.
