122 ships broken in the third quarter of 2019

According to datas of NGO Shipbreaking Platform, total 122 ships dismantled worldwide in the third quarter of 2019.

The NGO Shipbreaking Platform is a global coalition of organisations working to reverse the environmental harm and human rights abuses caused by current shipbreaking practices and to ensure the safe and environmentally sound dismantling of end-of-life ships worldwide.

According to datas of NGO Shipbreaking Platform, until the third quarter of the year, 122 ships recycled. 35 ships in Turkey, 35 ships in India, 30 ships in Bangladesh, 9 ships in EU&ROW, 8 ships in Pakistan and 5 ships in China had received shipbreaking operations.
