Lloyd’s Register advances cyber capacity in Greece

The new Nettitude hub will offer Greece advanced cyber expertise and follows the recent support of the Greek sales team by LR.

Nettitude, Lloyd's Register's cyber security services provider, has announced the location of a new operations centre in Athens, Greece.

Established in 2003 and acquired in March 2018 by Lloyd's Register, Nettitude is an award-winning global provider of threat-led services spanning technology assurance, advisory, and detection and response management.

Nettitude is strategically positioned to offer cybersecurity services to the Greek market, with specific industry experience in the banking, retail, maritime and defense sectors.

Nettitude looks forward to building close relations with Greek shipowners and will leverage unique insight from the combined expertise of industry-based cyber research and deep experience in the maritime and offshore sectors.

This announcement follows the news that LR has strengthened its focus on customer account management in Greece, Cyprus and Israel with a range of important appointments to meet the needs of its South European marine and offshore customers.
