Tourism voyages are still not permitted. Finnish citizens or residents who need to arrive for work or study in Estonia can also travel in the opposite direction without having to quarantine.
Border checks remain in force at the boundaries of both states to ensure that entrants follow certain requirements.
Tallink will run its vessels Megastar and Star, Viking line will run the Gabriella, and Eckerö line will operate Finland.
