Training Center of the Russian Fishery Company receive its license

The Russian Fishery Company's Training Center (TC) has been granted permission to conduct educational activities as part of technical training and retraining programs for marine specialists.

Theoretical classes with instructors and seasoned fleet operating experts will be conducted in the training center's classrooms and online. Trainees will receive practical training on the RFC's vessels or at the coastal plant "Russian Pollock" as required.

The assignment's final certification or advanced training will be completed within the company.

The TC at RFC has been in service since 2018. Until now, the center has performed pre-trip training and evaluations of crew members' knowledge of the fundamentals of safety, as well as consulting work.

About 7,000 people have been educated here over the course of three years. Obtaining an educational license will enable the center to conduct training in areas corresponding to the company's internal production needs, as well as issue supporting documents such as certificates of qualification for the development of new working professions and/or certificates of advanced training in the field of professional activities, in addition to the existing traditional types of training.
