Greek dry bulk outfit Pavimar grows fleet to 12

According to several broking sources, Greek dry bulk outfit Pavimar doubled the size of its capesized fleet with an acquisition from Imabari Senpaku.

Both Advanced Shipping & Trading and Seasure Shipbrokers have confirmed that for the 2006-built cape Ocean Compass, Pavimar has forked out about $17.5 million.

According to VesselsValue's statistics, the vessel has a value of $13.44m, since it has only passed a special survey and is fitted with a Ballast Water Treatment System.

Pavimar, founded in 2014 by Ismini Panagiotidi, currently owns an 11-bulker fleet.
