Hunan Shunda International Logistics, a Chinese inland shipping group, has signed a newbuilding contract with New Dayang Shipbuilding to construct a 59,900 dwt ultramax bulker.
Last year, Hunan Shunda became a shipowner after acquiring two ultramax bulkers of the same kind from New Dayang.
