This winter, the plan was for the ship to sail from Port Everglades to deliver week-long Caribbean sailing heads in Europe for the summer season of 2021.
The ship also has a range of new onboard culinary experiences. A comfortable, casual bar space will be added by the Craft Social Bar and draft drinks, wines on tap and more than 50 of the world's rarest craft beers served by a professional beer sommelier will be offered, the company said in a previous press release.
There is also a new immersive 3-D animation dining experience at Le Grand Bistro-Le Petit Chef's first-at-sea digitally animated menu from Celebrity Edge will deliver a new animated tale on the Celebrity Apex, enriched by Chef Cornelius Gallagher's new menu creations.
