AIDA returns cruising with AIDAperla

On December 5, the AIDAperla left Gran Canaria for its first March revenue sailing.

800 people are currently aboard the 3,250-passenger ship.

AIDAperla sails from Gran Canaria for a seven-night round trip with calls to Santa Cruz de La Palma, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Fuerteventura, and Arrecife / Lanzarote.

It is planned that the vessel will take the same voyage on 12 Dec and 19 Dec (a Christmas sailing). Then the ship will sail from the same port on a slightly altered itinerary.

This departure marked the second AIDA return to cruising after the pandemic started. The cruise line briefly resumed operations in Europe in October for the first time.
